How do I get an API key?

In the early alpha, ask for an account at support@glac.ai; then open a project and make a key on its API keys page. The key is shown once. Quickstart

How do I pay?

Paid’s fee is charged to your card each month and includes a quantity of each meter. Past it, usage is paid from a balance you top up, $20 at the least, by hand or by auto reload. Free is never charged. Billing and plans

How is CPU billed?

By the millisecond it is busy, at $0.01 a million CPU-ms; waiting uses none. Paid includes 60M CPU-ms a month, Free 1M a day. Pricing

What happens when my balance runs out?

The meter that is used up stops, as the billing page says for each: instances sleep, or requests are refused, until Credits arrive. On Free, a day’s quota used up stops that thing until 00:00 UTC. Billing and plans

Why was a call refused for my plan?

Each plan limits what may be awake at once, kept asleep and made in a minute. A refusal names the limit and says how to get more. Limits

Why is my sandbox asleep, and how do I wake it?

It sleeps after 30 seconds with nothing using it, unless you choose another time. There is no wake call: the next command, file or request wakes it. Compute

How do I use my own domain?

Register it for a Cube and point a CNAME at the name the answer gives; the certificate is issued and renewed for you. Addresses

Where does my Cube run?

In the regions you choose, na, eu and ap, all three unless you say; each request is answered in the region it comes in at. Which regions are open is on the status page. Cube

How do I keep data past a sandbox?

Put it on a volume, which outlives the sandbox that uses it, or take a snapshot of the whole sandbox. Volumes (drives, in the API)
